**IMPORTANT CHANGES TO POD SUPPORT**

If you are an External Partner and need to reset your password, click on the External Partners login button and follow the Forgotten your username or password link.

If you’re still having issues with logging in via the External Partners login button, please contact Learning Pool, who provide the POD system, by email support@learningpool.com or by phone on 0345 0744114.

If your issue relates to the following, please complete the relevant form below to:

1.      Request a new Barnsley Council employee account

2.      Request a new external partner accounts (Early Years, Multi-Agency, Adult Safeguarding, etc.)

3.      Requesting a new course be set up on POD

4.      Request to have a course reset, so that you can take it again

5.      Turn on the Barnsley Council and Berneslai Homes login button for your account

If you have issues relating to:

1.      PDRs,

2.      Reports

3.      Closing or suspending accounts

4.      Manager changes
